Every smart phone has a translator app for all languages which can usually be downloaded from the phones app store, prices usually are cheap and are under $1 so well worth buying as they will help you translate crucial words which may get you get out of a pickle.

Wi-FI and 3g Networks are unreliable in England i cannot imagine how bad they are in Sri Lanka for example.

Personally ive never been on Sri lanka Holidays But if I did I guarantee I wouldn’t be able to find any 3g, edge or WI-FI networks! so what good can my phone do?…? Easily! Send your search queries like “Cheap Hotels” to google on 46645 and they will send their search a helpful answer back along with contact numbers.

So forget all your travel guides, translators and just bring your phone! Remember to make sure it’s got plenty of juice or you have a universal charger!
